1.
All animals of the kennel shall be adequately housed in space,
protected from the weather and getting proper nutrition, health and
emotional well treated.
2. The minimum age for first mating of a female is 18 months before
that date may not be covered in any case.
3. When a female has delivered a litter of 6 or more puppies can not be
crossed in the next heat, in this case between a litter and it will
take at least another 10 months. A female can not take no more
than two litters in a row, regardless of the number of
puppies.4. The maximum age of a female
mating is 6 years, 6 ½ years for a female Elite Player
proclaimed by the CEDA.
5. A breeding
female can have a maximum
of 5 litters in her life, 6 in the case of Elite Player.
6. Puppies can not leave the farm at an
age less than 60 days after being vaccinated at least once against
distemper, parvovirus and properly wormed, attach immunization record
or similar provisional document, signed and stamped by the veterinarian .
These are the minimum, ideally
resulting in delivery to their new owners after 10 weeks of age, with
two vaccinations against the virus already mentioned, and hepatitis and
leptospirosis. In all cases, the puppies should
leave previously identified by tattoo or microchip.
7. The breeder will guarantee the
new
owner of 14 days against the diseases that the puppy is vaccinated, and
another 2 years for serious genetic diseases that preclude
a normal
life the same.
In the event of these contingencies,
the breeder will provide the owner with a puppy of similar
characteristics, keeping the option of retrieving the copy replaced. If
you are unable to deliver in less
than 6 months shall refund the amount of the transfer.
All these circumstances must be
demonstrated convincingly by the owner through veterinary reports,
which should be sent to the breeder in a timely manner in order to
examine and evaluate the case. The breeder will assist the right to
appoint a veterinarian to examine the issue to contrast the problems. In case of discrepancy between the
two veterinarians, the breeder and the owner of the copy may contact
the CEDDA and request the mediation of the dispute committee, whose
report shall be final and accepted by both parties without further
lengthen the process.Also, the owner agrees to notify the
breeder any eventuality that might arise during pup growth, and
strictly follow it will be given. Failure of these circumstances may
be a mitigating factor for the breeder to consider the dispute
committee.
8. The
breeder should be available and willing to illustrate the new owner of
puppy farming, on the actual characteristics of the breed and hide to
avoid or minimize any major defects of the puppy.
9. The
behavior of the breeder will be
right at all times for other breeders and members of the CEDDA.
10.
The breeder should have acces to control a possible visit
toyour premises by the
Breeding Committee or the person designated for that purpose by the
Club. |
